Project Winter Survival needs your help. 

This is the 8th year of Project Winter Survival.  Jody Steinhauer of The Bargains Group has been organizing volunteers and putting together the homeless winter packs.  This year the program has hit a snag.  In the past Hockey for the Homeless has provided partial funding through a tournament that helps raise money and awareness for people without a warm place to stay.  This year the donor has had to pull out leaving the program scrambling for donations.   Normally the kits' contents are assembled in November and December for distribution to social agencies in January.   Project Winter Survival is now asking for your help to meet their goal.  If you can donate to this worthy cause please call The Bargains Group at 416-785-5655.  The Bargains Group is located at 890 Caledonia Rd.
