• DETAILS: The Patient Care Kit is a great way to give back to hospital programs, Cancer Centres, hospices, Ronald McDonald House, or even a patient’s caregiver (they’re often forgotten)! Each Kit includes One Pack of Tissues, One Pair of Headphones, One Pair of Cozy Slipper Socks with Grips (can swap for thermal socks), One Pantene Conditioner, One Shampoo, One Folding Hairbrush & Mirror, One Face Cloth/Wash Cloth, One Pack of Makeup Remover Wipes/Cleansing Face Wipes, One Lip Balm, One Polar Fleece Blanket. Each Kit that is being donated to a charitable cause will receive one donation from our Full Circle Donation Program. Some examples of donations for the Patient Kit are a Reusable Woven Tote Bag, a Lubriderm Lotion, a Water Bottle.
