We needed that order delivered to storage space and Jake in shipping made sure to note that we needed a call from the driver so we could arrange access to the storage area. As it turned out, the driver went straight to the storage facility and the storage manager there called us and was able to sign for the delivery and use their forklift to bring the pallet to our storage locker.
