680 News – Project Winter Survival Distribution Day

A short new report from 680 News about Project Winter Survival “Distribution Day” which took place on January 19, 2013. During the event 3,000 Survival Kits were distributed to 172 front line agencies by about 150 volunteers. These kits will then be handed out to homeless people to help them survive the cold winter weather.
