CFRB 1010 – A report on Project Winter Survival 2013

A story discussing Project Winter Survival and the demand for the survival kits distributed. 3,000 of these kits were assembled and distributed to agencies over two Saturdays, and will now be handed out to homeless people. These kits help the homeless survive the cold winter weather.
