CTV News Barrie – Shelters Benefiting from Project Winter Survival

A CTV News Barrie report discussing homeless shelters, and the importance of Project Winter Survival kit donations which can be the difference between life and death. Project Winter Survival “Distribution Day” took place on January 19, 2013, where 3,000 kits we’re distributed to 172 front line agencies. The kits will be distributed to homeless people to help them survive the cold winter months.
