“It is always a pleasure dealing with Bargains Group! Each year at Christmas, Out of the Cold at St. Andrew’s (73 Simcoe St., Toronto) puts together 450 gift bags for our guests. Each gift bag is filled with winter warmth essentials such as hat, gloves, warm socks and toiletries.
