My daughter knew exactly what she wanted and Billy delivered and then some. We ordered gorgeous toques that were hand sewn and hand embroidered by his team. They look fantastic and the kids love them. We had very tight timelines and I was worried they wouldn’t be done in time. Billy kept saying, “don’t worry, I got you!” He was transparent throughout and even personally delivered our hats to my home during rush hour in the snow so as to ensure I could package them for our guests in time.
